Application Form Information

The Pennsylvania Ladies Ministries Internship Program is designed to cultivate leadership among young ladies throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Our desire is that each intern will not only be a blessing to our committee during district events, but will also receive meaningful mentorship, spiritual encouragement, and hands-on ministry experience. We pray that this program helps each intern grow confidently into her God‑given purpose while contributing to the mission of Ladies Ministries.

Internship Guidelines

1. Applicants may be married or single and must be between the ages of 18–35. 2. Pastoral approval is required. 3. Applicants must demonstrate a love for apostolic doctrine and lifestyle, maintaining strong personal standards and a positive reputation within their local church and the Pennsylvania District. 4. Interns must exhibit a strong work ethic and represent the Pennsylvania District with excellence. 5. Interns will serve for a maximum term of one year to allow others the same opportunity. 6. Interns may offer ideas and input; however, they do not hold voting privileges in decision‑making. 7. Applicants must understand that serving as an intern does not guarantee future election to a sectional or district position. Interns are not permitted to campaign for any position. 8. Interns must be willing and able to attend Ladies Ministries events, the annual planning meeting, Esther’s Conference, Ladies events at camp, and the Pennsylvania Ladies Conference. 9. Registration and hotel accommodation for the Ladies Conference will be provided. Interns will share a room with other interns.
